  • Earthy Harvest is an Online Marketplace Platform managed and owned by Tender Leaf India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Tender Leaf India Pvt. Ltd. also sells Private Label Products under its brand name Earthy Harvest.
  • To cancel your order, Go to your Account > Orders > Cancel your Order.
  • Enter your Pincode, and we will let you know.
  • Sorry, you cannot order products that are Out of stock. But don’t worry, we update our stocks every day. If you urgently need thee product mail us at
  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a notification and mail on your registered email id. Also, view Order History to view your order status.

Regarding Delivery

  • You can check your order status on My Orders or Track my Order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-way bill number or Track ID, using which you can track your Order Delivery status.
  • Our delivery partners try to deliver your product as early as possible. Still, it can take 4-5 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep.
  • Our delivery partner is Delhivery. We are working on Drop-Ship Model, so our delivery partner directly picks up your order from the vendor and drops it at your doorstep with utmost security and hygiene.
  • If all of your products are ordered from the same vendor, there are chances that you can receive all of them together, but if you have ordered products from different vendors, then you will receive orders separately.
  • We cannot change contact and address, once the order has been made. But again, you can send your issue to, we will try to sort it out with our delivery partner.
  • Every product on Earthy Harvest can be delivered. But once, please check if we serve in your area, using your Area Pin code.
  • Shipping charges are calculated by our delivery partner based on locality, distance, and weight plus 18% GST.

Refund and Replacement

  •  Refer to Return and Cancellation Policy.
  • Once you cancel the order, and your cancellation request is approved,  your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Yes, Returns are not allowed in some Categories. For detailed information, refer to Return and    Cancellation Policy.
  • Generate a return request in orders with valid reason and leave it to us. We will send our pick-up agent via. delivery partner. 
  • The refund amount will be directly credited to the source of payment used while making the order. If you did not receive a refund in 5 working days after return pickup, send your query at

Regarding Payment Issues

  • Currently, we do not allow Cash on Delivery on our platform.
  • Normally, the deducted amount is reverted back to your bank account within 24-48 working hrs. Still, you can mail us at to verify your order status.
  • If money is not reverted within the stipulated time, then you need to contact your respective bank regarding this issue.
  • We don’t take any hidden charges; all details will be mentioned in your invoice including GST details.

  • There is no marketing fee to sell your products on Earthy Harvest. We only charge commission on products sold through our platform and applied taxes.
